A NOTE FROM A SATISFIED WORKER:
Dear Skilled Trades Services,
I wanted to let you know that I have accepted an offer to work with another electrical contractor as a Service Department Manager / Sales Estimator. I had been looking for other employment when I knew that things would be getting a little slow with my previous employer. I wanted to let you know what was happening with my situation.
I want to thank you for having me as an electrician with your company. I know that if the work environment was a little different then perhaps things may have worked out differently. I enjoyed working with all the other electricians, apprentices, and staff members...they are professionals that care about the customer and doing quality work, both things that I value greatly. I also appreciate you placing me last fall. Initially I was apprehensive about working far out of town for a long duration, but it was interesting work with a good group of guys, and the experience I got was valuable. I hope that the work I performed was above the expectations of the companies I was placed with.
If for some reason the career path that I am about to go down doesn't work out I hope that I would at least be considered for an opportunity back with you if the need arises. Who knows, perhaps down the road with my new career I will be utilizing employees from your company to work on my jobs!
